Preparation and Application of High-Entropy Oxynitrides by Mechanical Stress

چکیده
光触媒による水分解は，太陽光の下で水素燃料をクリーンに製造するための理想的なソリューションである．金属酸化物は，バンドギャップが小さいため，水素製造に使用される有望な光触媒であるが，安定性が低いという問題があった．一方，近年注目されている高エントロピーセラミックスは，その低いギブス自由エネルギーのために高い安定性を持つ新しい材料群で近年光触媒としての研究が盛んに行われている．私は酸窒化物と高エントロピーセラミックスの特徴を考慮して，光触媒による水素製造のために，低バンドギャップで高安定な高エントロピー酸窒化物を開発する研究を行っている．具体的にはTiZrHfNbTaO6N3を高せん断場で合成させた後，空気中での酸化とアンモニア中での窒化を行っている．現状は種々の合成手順を検討し，目的物質を安定合成できる条件を見出した．さらに光触媒に関する簡単な予備実験で，二元系酸化物や高エントロピー酸化物よりも優れた光吸収性を持ち，高い化学的安定性で水素を発生させることができた．今後は各種光触媒反応を多くの条件で検討して行く予定である．
